Program structure
At Champion Leaders we design our programs to fit our
client needs.
We first build a partnership with you around your most
important aspirations. In the initial session, we design the coaching relationship
and capture your vision and specific goals.
We identify your strengths and potential blind spots
– ideally aided by the use of assessment
tools. Our team is experienced in
DISC, StrengthsFinders, Emergenetics, Meyers-Brigg, and 360.
We foster accountability through 1-3 coaching calls per month.
These advance your agenda through learning and development of behaviors and attitudes
designed to bring about breakthrough results. Our personalized
structure and support help you leverage your strengths and
manage any weaknesses in areas of strategic importance in your work. We
support you to be tenacious and undistracted while moving ahead on your most
important goals.
Our programs offer email contact and short calls in between
regularly
scheduled appointments as needed.
We have found that most coaching assignments last between
six and twelve months, however many of our clients continue beyond that. We work
with you, your sponsor and your organization if appropriate to determine the
length that is most beneficial to you.
