Situation
The CEO of an investment firm hired Champion Leaders to help him define the
direction for his business. He wanted a sounding board to explore new ideas and
a professional to hold him accountable so he could successfully grow the
business. While competitors were seeking clients to purchase their products,
our client wanted to fully understand his prospects’ needs and then tailor his
services accordingly.
Solution
We defined an action plan geared toward his vision and a healthy marketing
approach that would boost revenue and align his values and best practices. The
goal was to become a one-stop shop and use strategic alliances with
non-competing professionals to cover all of a clients’ financial needs:
insurance, accounting, legal and mortgage financing.
Our coaching program was designed to create a vision for his ideal business,

analyzed what was working, why it was working and the ideal. We analyzed various resources which could help
improve his business system. Using this information, he executed his plan.
